This single-origin coffee is sourced from the El Diamante farm in the San José de Lourdes region of Peru, at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,000 meters. Produced by Roger Chilcon Flores, this coffee consists of Caturra and Pache varieties. It is processed using a washed method, involving fermentation for 24 to 36 hours followed by drying in a ventilated greenhouse. The flavor profile features notes of orange, chamomile tea, and cashew nuts. This coffee is suitable for various brewing methods, including filter and espresso.

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
