This coffee is sourced from the El Diamante region in San José de Lourdes, Peru, grown by producer Roger Chilcon at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,000 meters. It consists of Caturra and Pache varieties and is processed using a washed method. The flavor profile features notes of orange, chamomile tea, and cashew nuts. This coffee is suitable for all types of filter brewing methods.
