This coffee is a combined lot of Geisha varietal from two renowned producers in Peru - Eli Espinoza and Roger Chilcon Flores. It is sourced from the Las Pirias and Chirinos regions in Cajamarca, Peru, growing at altitudes between 1,850 and 2,000 meters. The beans undergo anaerobic washed processing, where cherries are pre-fermented overnight before depulping and fermenting for 24-36 hours. The resulting cup features stone fruit flavors with notes of apricot, date, orange blossom, brown spice, and roasted walnuts, with honey-like sweetness and sharp, complex acidity.
