Skytop Coffee

About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is sourced from Peru's Cajamarca department, specifically the provinces of Jaén and San Ignacio, grown at elevations between 900-2000 meters. Produced by Cooperativa de Servicios Multiples Sol y Café with 1000 member farmers, it features a blend of traditional Arabica varieties including Typica, Caturra, Pache, Mondo Novo, Bourbon, Catuai, and Catimor. The coffee is fully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, resulting in a light roast with smooth, clean cup characteristics.
