A single-origin natural coffee from Hta Pha Yar Village in the Hopong region of Myanmar, grown at 1100–1600 meters altitude. Produced by the Hopong farming community using a sun-dried natural process, with cherries hand-picked and dried on raised beds over 13–17 days at 95% cherry ripeness. Varieties include Catimor, Caturra, and Bourbon. Flavor notes feature thick banana sweetness, melon, nougat, and baker's chocolate.
Founded in Porto in 2016, The Royal Rawness was born from a desire to celebrate coffee in its purest, most unadulterated form. Their philosophy is centered on the "rawness" of the bean, focusing on direct trade and transparent sourcing to get closer to the coffee's origin. They roast with a light touch, aiming to preserve and showcase the bean's inherent quality and noble character.
