This single-origin coffee is from Pigtauranan, Pangantucan, Bukidnon in the Philippines, sourced from 5 smallholder family farmers at the foothills of Mount Kalatungan at 1200-1800 meters altitude. Processed through the washed method with a harvest from July 2025. The beans display flavor notes of butterscotch, plums, and hazelnut, sourced from an area known for rich volcanic soil and a unique microclimate ideal for coffee cultivation.
With roots in both Chicago and Istanbul, Four Letter Word was founded by a team with a background in design and a deep love for coffee's communal power. Their approach is minimalist and quality-driven, focusing on building strong, direct relationships with a select few producers each year.
