Pick-Me-Up is a medium-roast house blend of Ethiopian and Colombian coffees, offered as a mix of varieties. The beans are processed using both natural and washed methods and were grown at elevations between 1400 and 2050 masl. Tasting notes highlight chocolate-covered berries, honey, and a velvety texture, making this blend well suited to drip and French press brews.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
