Sourced from a farm owned by Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, a 5th-generation coffee farmer who prioritizes diverse varietals and processing methods to enhance quality, increase value, and ensure better wages for farmers. He has started a coffee school and taken on a lease to regenerate land at a high-altitude farm to run processing and infrastructure for surrounding producers. The coffee is roasted to a medium to light level with a strength rating of 2.
