About This Coffee

Colombian Ombligon decaf anaerobic natural from Huila region at 2000m altitude, produced by Nestor Lasso. Decaffeinated using Colombia's Sugar Cane (EA) Process with naturally derived ethyl acetate. Features complex multi-stage fermentation including alternating aerobic oxidation and anaerobic fermentation, finishing with mossto fermentation and thermal shock before drying. Tasting notes include raspberry coulis, strawberry, and sugar.
