About This Coffee

A naturally processed decaffeinated coffee from the Planadas and Gaitania areas of Tolima, Colombia, cultivated by Cooperativa NASA WESX, bringing together more than 240 families. Grown at 1700–2000m altitude, this blend of Caturra, Colombia, Castillo, and Typica varieties is decaffeinated using the EA Sugar Cane process at a facility in Manizales. Omni-roasted for both espresso and filter, it offers flavor notes of brown sugar, Ginjinha (Portuguese cherry liqueur), and malt, with a rich, nougat-like sweetness and malty finish.

Olisipo Coffee Roasters

Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
