Poços de Caldas Decaf

Faodail Roastery

About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Poços de Caldas region in Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at 1,200 meters altitude within an ancient volcanic caldera. It is a natural decaf coffee processed using a carbonic natural decaf method with carbon dioxide and water, which preserves the complex flavor profile while removing over 99.9% of caffeine. The coffee is made from Red and Yellow Catuai varieties cultivated by various smallholder farmers. The cup offers sweet and uniquely fruity flavors with clean acidity.

Faodail Roastery

Faodail Roastery is a Glasgow based specialty roaster founded by Kenneth and Simone. The name is Gaelic for "lucky find." They keep the range deliberately focused: one blend and a small number of single origins, chosen for quality and seasonality. All coffee is 100% Arabica, roasted in small batches to order and dispatched immediately to preserve freshness. Sourcing runs through leading specialty importers with an emphasis on ethical, sustainable, and traceable supply chains. Their retail packaging is fully recyclable and carbon neutral, and wholesale customers receive complimentary barista training.
