This decaf coffee is grown in the Meseta de Popayán region of Colombia at 1,700 meters altitude, sheltered by the Andes mountains. The beans are fully washed and processed using the sugarcane decaffeination method with natural ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane, which removes 97% of the caffeine. The coffee features cinnamon sweetness, smooth dark chocolate, and a floral rose finish.
