This coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala is sourced from five women-owned farms in San Antonio Huista. The coffee is washed in each producer's individual wet mill and sun dried on patios. Grown at 1600-1800 meters altitude in clay soil with shade trees including Gravilea, Chalun and fruit trees. The varieties are Caturra, Bourbon, and Catuai. This chocolate-forward coffee has a classic Guatemalan profile with flavors of red apple, caramel, and milk chocolate. Harvested in 2024 and sourced through Primavera Green Coffee.
