This single-origin coffee is produced by Negrisa, a family-run Peruvian coffee business with over 15 years of experience. Grown in Chanchamayo, Peru, in the central Peruvian highlands including Villa Rica, Pichanaki, and Satipo regions at altitudes between 900-1800 meters. The Typica variety coffee is hand-picked, fully washed, and sun-dried. It offers a vibrant and balanced cup with juicy acidity and a smooth, round body. The flavor profile features notes of dark berries with sweet rhubarb undertones, creating a lively yet comforting coffee.
