This coffee comes from the Rambagirakawa growing group in the Gakenke District of Rwanda at 1800-2200 meters altitude. The group consists of 70 women producers who supply their coffee to the Dukunde Kawa co-op. The coffee is Red Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. It features flavor notes of pink lady apple, bing cherry, and honey, with floral and sweet apple aromatics.
