This coffee is produced by Ramon Rodriguez at La Bendición farm in El Cedral, Santa Barbara, Honduras, at an altitude of 1580 meters. It is a blend of Pacas and Bourbon varieties, processed using a washed method that includes dry fermentation for 17–22 hours and solar drying. The flavor profile features vibrant acidity and sweetness, with notes of red apple, dates, candied hazelnuts, and brown sugar, offering a texture reminiscent of a candy apple rolled in chopped nuts.
