About This Coffee

Raro Boda is a washed Ethiopian coffee from Uraga, Guji Zone, Oromia, produced by Snap Coffee and 257 smallholders. Composed of Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, 74110 and 74112 varieties, it is eco-pulped, wet-fermented for 48 hours, fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds. Tasting notes: preserved lemon, lychee, nectarine and rose jam; roast geared for filter brewing.
