About This Coffee

Raro Boda Espresso is a single-origin coffee from Uraga, Guji Zone, Ethiopia, produced by Snap Coffee and 257 smallholders. Composition includes Wolisho, Dega and Kurume cultivars; cherries are depulped, fermented under water for 48 hours, then fully washed and dried on raised beds for ~10 days. The coffee is roasted for espresso and presents a vibrant, clean cup with notes of lime marmalade, cherry and spiced biscuits.
