About This Coffee

This washed microlot is produced by Merly Leon on the El Churaz farm in the Queromarca region of Callayuc, Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at an elevation of 2,250 meters, the coffee consists of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties. It undergoes a washed process with an extended 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a vibrant and expressive flavor profile with notes of raspberry, pomegranate, and vanilla.
