This coffee comes from Finca Guarumo in Panama, grown by Ratibor Hartmann. The farm won Best of Panama in 2022 and 2023. The coffee exhibits juicy, tropical, and delicate flavor characteristics. It is an omniroast optimized for filter brewing, though it can also be used for espresso.
Founded 2007 by engineers-turned-roasters in Calgary, Phil & Sebastian sources exceptional single-origin beans via direct-trade, roasts meticulously in-house, and operates several cafés.
