Spread over 117 hectares and farmed by the Patre family since 1927, the estate is shade-grown under silver oaks and inter-cropped with pepper. This lot is a Lab Process Natural, produced using microbial cultures, controlled fermentations, and precise drying. The result is a fruit-forward cup with immaculate sweetness and exceptional clarity, featuring notes of figs, pineapple jam, prunes, and starfruit. Suited to espresso, V60 pourover, Aeropress, and cold brew.
