Grown at altitudes of 2050–2300 masl, this medium-roast omni-roast coffee is designed to highlight Ethiopian terroir while creating a specialty coffee greater than the sum of its parts. The cup profile is dessert-like and rich, with tasting notes of Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate, Red Berries, and Caramel. Cup score: 85.50.
