A custom blend created in collaboration with Layer's cafe in Seattle, celebrating small business and their food truck Regina. This blend combines Goro Muda from Guji, Ethiopia with Samamabaia from Santo Antonio Estates, Brazil. Both components are sundried natural processed coffees. The Ethiopian component features heirloom varieties while the Brazilian coffee is Yellow Catucai variety. The blend offers complex character with praline and cocoa notes with a hint of fruit.
Founded by a Seattle native who honed his craft in Melbourne, Australia, Stamp Act Coffee brings an international perspective to roasting. The focus is on sourcing high-quality, traceable coffees and roasting them with a light touch to highlight their natural sweetness and complexity.
