Revival is a signature house blend served in the cafe and as house espresso. The blend components may change seasonally while maintaining the same flavor profile. Current blend includes coffee from Brazil (Nova Resende region) and Peru (Chanchamayo region). The varieties are Yellow Catuai, Bourbon, Catimor, Typica, and Caturra, grown at 1,220 meters above sea level. Processing methods include both natural and washed. The flavor profile features chocolate, caramel, and citrus notes.
Founded by Michael and Sarah, who previously operated Crown Street Roasting Company in Jamestown, New York for six years before relocating to Florida in 2023, Mechanism Coffee Roasters brings deep roasting expertise to Jacksonville's specialty coffee scene. This family owned roaster focuses on single origin coffees roasted fresh on site, serving both retail customers and wholesale accounts.
