About This Coffee

This medium-dark roast blend is an award-winning coffee that won 2 Stars in The Great Taste Awards 2020 and was runner up in the 2021 Taste of Kent Awards. The blend consists of 20% Sumatra from Bener Meriah, 40% Brazil from Castanas, and 40% El Salvador from Finca Bonanza. It features Tim Tim, Caturra, and Typica varieties from Sumatra, mixed varieties from Brazil, and Red Bourbon from El Salvador. The Brazil component is naturally processed while the El Salvador and Sumatra components are washed. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar with a bold upfront character, silky mouthfeel, and sweet finish.
