Ribang Gayo is a single-origin Sumatra coffee from the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative and producer Asman Arianto, sourced from the highlands of Aceh (Aceh Tengah). The lot is naturally processed—handpicked cherries are sorted and dried on raised beds inside greenhouses—at 1,500–1,700 masl. Varieties include Abyssinia, Ateng, Tim Tim, Gayo 1, and Gayo 2. Tasting notes highlight Strawberry Soda, Banana Candy, and Milk Chocolate with a medium to medium-light roast profile.

Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
