This organic coffee is produced by Fernaly Chanta Garcia at his farm "El Cedro" in the district of Carmen de la Frontera, Huancabamba province in the Piura region of Peru, near the border with Ecuador. The farm is located at 1983 meters altitude and is part of the Rio Blanco producer group in the Tabacones Namballe National Sanctuary region. The coffee consists of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties grown among shade trees including Albizia and Pacay. It is washed processed and features flavor notes of pomegranate, cinnamon bun, and malted milk ball.
