About This Coffee

ROADTRIP is a washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, produced by Yonny Martinez at La Palma farm. The coffee is a blend of Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at 1,500 meters altitude and imported by Primavera. The beans are fermented dry in cement tanks for 18-24 hours and sun-dried for approximately 5 days. The cup profile features notes of oat biscuits, brown sugar, red apple, apricot, peanut butter cups, and milk chocolate. A sweet, balanced, and round coffee suitable for any brewing method, with black or milk preparation.
