This is a single-origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, specifically the Banko Chelchele Kebele area, sourced from smallholder farmers at 7,500 feet altitude. The coffee undergoes a "supernatural" natural fermentation process where whole cherries are sealed in carbon fiber drums for up to 10 days before drying on raised beds. This medium roast features flavor notes of stone fruit, strawberry, nectarine, rose, and powdered sugar sweetness, with a creamy, luxurious body. The coffee is both grown and roasted at high altitude, producing an elegant and vibrant cup.
