Produced by Huver Castillo, it undergoes an experimental washed process involving anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with added enzymes. The flavor profile is vibrant and refreshing, featuring notes of orange, citrus, lemongrass, cocoa, and coffee blossom, complemented by a sweet aroma and a unique hint of coconut.
