Romeo No. 5 is a medium roast blend combining Colombian, Ethiopian, and Rwandan coffee beans. The Colombian component provides body and caramel sweetness, while the Ethiopian and Rwandan coffees contribute berry flavors and bright acidity. This Gold Medal winning blend features tasting notes of caramel, wine, and berries with a near perfect body and heart-skipping brightness. The blend is designed to perform magnificently and sings when milk is added, with the plunger method recommended for optimal brewing.
