This coffee is grown in the Macuba sector of Rwanda's Western Province at high altitudes. Produced by the Gasharu Washing Station, this lot is exclusively cultivated and processed by women. It undergoes an experimental anaerobic washed process, which enhances the natural complexity of the Bourbon variety. The flavor profile features marked acidity with notes of cranberry and raspberry jam, balanced by a deep cocoa base. It offers a silky body and notable sweetness.
