A single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Rumudamo area in the Sidama region, grown at 2100 masl. Produced by Daye Bensa Coffee, whose farm is located in Shantawene Village, surrounded by natural forest with indigenous trees. The variety is Ethiopian Heirloom, processed using an anaerobic washed method. Harvested in February 2023, it is roasted light/medium and features tasting notes of watermelon, rambutan, bergamot tea, and red apple, with a cup score of 90.25.
