This is a natural processed coffee from the Rumudamo station in the Arbegona district of Ethiopia's Sidama region. The coffee comes from small plots in the highland village of Rumudamo, growing at altitudes up to 2300 MASL. Cherries are sorted by density through flotation and dried on African raised beds, rotated every 30 minutes for 12-15 days until fully dry. This coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
