Rungeto

About This Coffee

Rungeto is a single origin Kenyan coffee grown at 1,750 meters altitude on volcanic soil in the Rungeto cooperative near Mt. Kenya. It consists of SL-28, SL-34, and Ruiru 11 varietals and is processed by the washed method using glacier-fed river water. The coffee offers a lively flavor profile with notes of red currant and rhubarb, characterized by bright acidity and aromatic clarity. It is roasted with a medium roast level to highlight its vibrant, refreshing qualities.
