This Rwandan coffee from Bumbogo is processed using the natural method. The fermentation is gentle with subtle impact on the final flavor, focusing more on fruit flavor, sweetness, and balance rather than wild fermented characteristics. The coffee is bright, juicy, and reminiscent of wine gums, with flavor notes of raspberry, hibiscus, and wine gums. It features citrus and floral characteristics with a fruity profile.
