About This Coffee

Rwanda Kanzu Station Natural is sourced from the Kanzu station located west of Lake Kivu in mineral-rich volcanic hills. Smallholder farmers grow Bourbon variety coffee alongside bananas and beans. Ripe cherries are hand-sorted and dried whole on raised beds for up to 30 days, concentrating sugars slowly within the seed. This natural-processed coffee delivers a fruit-forward, structured cup shaped by altitude and terroir.
