A floral coffee from the Ngoma washing station near Kavumu, Rwanda, established in 2005 and co-owned by MIG Coffee and Coffee Business Center (CBC). Smallholder farmers, typically cultivating plots of around 200 trees, hand-pick ripe cherries. The coffee undergoes washed processing using a Pinhalense pulper, wet fermentation, multiple water washings, 24-hour soaking, and raised-bed drying with hand-sorting for quality. Light and soft with a pleasant balanced acidity, featuring a consistently fruity profile with notes of pear and grapefruit.
