A single-origin coffee from Rwanda’s Nyabihu region (Shyira washing station), produced by Shyira Farmers in collaboration with Muraho Trading Co. This Bourbon lot is grown at 2000 masl and processed washed. The cup is driven by crisp citrus and heavy floral aromatics. Roasted to a light level, it offers a bright, delicate body suitable for a range of brew methods.

We visited their HQ in Kuala Lumpur, met the lovely founders, and tasted some really special local coffee.
