A naturally processed Bourbon coffee from the Kinazi Coffee Washing Station, located in the Huye Hills district of southern Rwanda. The station was founded by Abdul Rudahunga and began operations in 2016. Around 750 smallholder farmers contribute their hand-picked, ripe Bourbon cherries, which are washed, sorted, and dried on raised drying beds in the sun. The result is a juicy, lively, and highly aromatic coffee with good body and notes of tropical fruit and cocoa nibs.
