SALVA D'OR is a coffee from El Salvador, known as "The Bourbon Jungle." The coffee features the Tekisic or Bourbon Mejorado variety, a variety developed specifically for El Salvador's volcanic soils through nearly three decades of work that culminated in 1977. This coffee is roasted for filter preparation as a light roast to highlight the sweet, fruity, and complex flavors characteristic of Salvadoran coffee.
