About This Coffee

This is an exceptional blend of naturally processed Brazilian coffees from the Carmo de Minas region in southern Minas Gerais. Grown at 1000-1300 meters altitude by selected smallholder farmers with farm-level traceability. The Arabica cultivar beans were carefully hand-picked to select only the ripest cherries, then sorted using lavador density separation machinery. The coffee was sun-dried on patios for three days before finishing in mechanical dryers for 72+ hours until optimal moisture content was reached. The flavor profile features caramel cookies, buttery toffee, and milk chocolate notes with vibrant sweetness and no bitterness.
