This Pacamara variety coffee is from Finca San Francisco in Cerro Las Ranas, Juayúa, Cordillera Apaneca-Ilamatepec, El Salvador, grown at 1,500 meters altitude. Produced by Andrés Salverría of JASAL (José Antonio Salaverría y Familia), it uses a washed process with double soaking technique for exceptional cleanliness and purity. The coffee features complex notes of dark chocolate, sweet caramel, and bright citrus like orange, complemented with delicate floral touches. It has lively and balanced acidity with a creamy, enveloping body. The finish is clean, sweet, and persistent with hints of honey and dried fruits. Light roast for filter methods.
