About This Coffee

Santa Clara is a washed coffee from Finca Santa Clara in the Antigua valley, Guatemala, produced by Ricardo Zelaya — the fourth generation of his family to farm the estate, which has been in operation since 1930. Grown at 1650–1700m on the slopes of Volcán de Agua, it features Caturra and Bourbon varieties. The coffee offers a balanced profile with notes of maple syrup, malt, and yellow plum, with a touch of citric acidity and smooth texture.

The Barn

The Barn is one of Europe's most recognized specialty coffee roasters, founded in Berlin in 2010 with an uncompromising focus on sourcing and roasting the very best beans available. They were named Roaster of the Year 2025 by Crema Magazine, adding to their standing as a global reference point for light roast, origin focused coffee. Their approach is minimalist and quality obsessed: direct trade relationships with elite producers, transparent sourcing, and roast profiles designed to express the full potential of each lot. The Barn operates several cafes across Berlin and has built an extensive wholesale network supplying top restaurants and cafes throughout Europe. Collaborations have included working with filmmaker Wes Anderson, a testament to the cultural cachet this brand carries far beyond the coffee world.
