About This Coffee

A honey processed whole bean coffee from the Santa Elena farm in Tarrazú, Costa Rica's most renowned coffee growing region. The farm is operated by Luz Marina Trujillo, now in its third generation. Hand-harvested with careful attention to quality, the coffee undergoes honey processing, where the mucilage layer is retained during drying to produce characteristic honey-like aromas. Flavor notes include praline (Krokant), honey, and jasmine. Available only as whole bean in a limited edition 250g storage tin.
