Santa Lucia is a green bean blend of La Casona and El Triangulo Geisha coffees from Fincas Mierisch, produced by Erwin "Wingo" Mierisch in Comayagua, Honduras, at 1550 meters altitude. Inspired by their 2021 COE#1 coffee, the blend showcases layered complexity and incredible clarity. Processed using classic washed method, it offers juicy and sweet flavors of Meyer lemon, orange, orange blossom florals, and perfumed lychee in the finish.
