About This Coffee

Santa Lucia Triangulo Gesha from Honduras, grown at 1550 meters in Rio Bonito's Siguatepeque region at Fincas Mierisch's Santa Lucia Farm. This Gesha variety coffee is washed processed and roasted to an extremely light level. The 2025 harvest coffee exhibits a delicate flavor profile with jasmine, lychee, rosehip, orange blossom, and earl grey tea notes. Medium-high acidity with very high sweetness and a delicate mouthfeel.
