This blend combines rotating coffees from Brazil, El Salvador, and Ethiopia. The Brazilian component is from Mogiana region, El Salvador from Cafe Tuxpal, and Ethiopia from Gera region. It features mixed varietals and utilizes both natural and washed processing methods. The blend offers tasting notes of milk chocolate, panela, and stone fruits. Roasted for espresso with a roast profile designed to maintain a consistent cup profile year-round as the component coffees rotate based on harvest and processing method.
