Hakuro Shinsei is a seasonal blend combining coffees from Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Bolivia. The Costa Rica component is a Marsellesa Red Honey, while the Guatemala and Bolivia lots are washed-processed; overall the roast is Medium Light (2.5). Tasting notes highlight baked apple, Satsuma mandarin, American cherry, vanilla, creamy caramel and candy-like sweetness, resulting in a bright, mellow cup with balanced acidity and gentle sweetness.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
