This blend combines 80% San Antonio Selection from Inzá, Cauca, Colombia and 20% Mbilima from Northern Province, Rwanda. The Colombian component features Caturra and Colombia varieties from 12 small-scale farmers, processed using the washed method. The Rwandan component is Red Bourbon variety from the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative, also washed processed. The roaster has maintained relationships with the Colombian producers since 2020 and the Rwandan cooperative since 2008.
